We're in Iraq because Saddam Hussein threatened us? What? It's the usual Bush-shit he uses to try to justify the senesless, needless bloodbath in Iraq. Saddam Hussein had no ability to threaten us and he didn't. He was reduced to a blustering evil little dictator slicing up his own people and handing out $25,000 to any family whose son (or daughter) suicide/homicide bombed themselves up in Israel. No. The real reasons Bush invaded Iraq were:
1. To go his father one better and to avenge the failed assassination attempt on his father, AND to destroy the mosaic of Bush Sr's face in the entranceway to Saddam's palace. Every visitor to the palace had to step on Bush Sr's face when he went in and symbolically stepping on one's face is one of the most terrible insults in the Arab world. That mosaic was the FIRST thing American troops were ordered to destroy when they got into Baghdad.
2. Oil oil and oil.

You see, the problem is that Bush and his administration have no concept of what the Arab mind is like,what their traditions arem and what makes them tick. Instead of putting our troops in Iraq he should have finished the job in Afghanistan and gotten Ben Laden.

To deal with the terrorists there have to be trained special agents to infiltrate and destroy from within.
