Holy redesign, Batman! As (I hope) you can see, I've given UBB a complete face lift. Clean URLs

Many of you won't care or wouldn't have noticed, but I've made the internal URLs cleaner. If you're linking to a post, there's no longer a ? in the URL. Old URLs will still work, but if you have the desire and the time, please update your links to be the new format.
